| Your Chance to be the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Champion! |

| It all begins with the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier. To participate,
interested duelists must register
for the Qualifier and meet the registration criteria. Once registered,
it's time to compete for a chance to be the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Champion
and then go onto compete in the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship.

| About the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier |
 |
| After you have completed registration,
the Qualifier is comprised of two main components. These are the
"quiz" and "head-to-head" play elements. The
quiz takes place first and is followed by regional online head-to head play. For
the quiz, each qualified registrant is challenged on various aspects
of Yu-Gi-Oh!, so be sure you are up to date on everything Yu-Gi-Oh!. Each registrant
is only allowed to take the quiz once. |

| The quiz for the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier is an on-line quiz.
The quiz tests each duelist's knowledge of all aspects of Yu-Gi-Oh!
The 2010 quiz includes questions on actual game play based on the
Nintendo DS™ Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2010 game as well
as the animated series, and trading card game. The 2010 quiz consists of: |

125 questions broken into 5 categories, based on difficulty. |

Each question is assigned a point value based on the level |
|

of difficulty. |

Participants are asked a total of 25 questions randomly pulled |
|
| |
from the larger pool of 125 questions. |
|
Participants must answer 5 questions from each category. |
|
|
Participants have 20 seconds to answer each question before the |
|
| |
quiz moves onto the next question. |
|
Participants are first judged on their quiz score. |
|
|
Any tie in score is broken by the total time it takes to take the quiz. |
|
|
Any tie in total time is broken by time required to answer individual |
|
| |
questions, beginning with most difficult to easiest question type. |

| About Head-To-Head Play in
the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier Tournaments |
 |
| The top 256 finishers from the quiz from each region move onto head-to-head
online regional play. Head-to-head online regional play goes from 256 dualists in each region, to 128, until there is a Regional Champion. The top 32 finishers from each regional championship automatically qualify to compete in the online 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Championship. |

| About Head-To-Head Play in the 2010 Tournaments |
 |
| During the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier and the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh!
US Championship, all online head-to-head play is conducted within
the designated "Play Window" (The Play Window is the agreed
to time frame when tournament duels take place). The higher seeded duelist
selects the play window. The lower seed must accept the Play Windows or be disqualified. |

| The two duelists must be ready to play at the selected Play Window
with their copy of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2010 game loaded
into their Nintendo DS™ and be connected to the Internet on
their Nintendo DS™. Failure to be ready to play at the appointed
time will result in immediate disqualification. |

the Preparation Section. Make sure you have a copy of the Yu-Gi-Oh!
World Championship 2010 game to experience the same type of
head-to-head competition that will take place during the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh!
