| About Head-to-Head Play in the 2009 Tournament |

| For the second year in a row, the 2009 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Championship
tournament is featuring Head-to-Head play on the Nintendo DS™
via the Internet. Registrants who qualify will first take a quiz
that tests their knowledge of Yu-Gi-Oh!, but the quiz is only the
beginning. The top scorers in the quiz move on to duel Head-to-Head
in online competition and ultimately play face-to-face in the live
portion of the 2009 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Championship in San Diego, California
at Comic-Con 2009. Learn more about the 2009

| Head-to-Head Play Summary |
 |
| First, and most important, all participants
must complete the registration process. Once registered, participants
begin by taking and completing the 2009 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier Quiz.
The top 128 scorers in the 2009 Yu-Gi-Oh! US Qualifier Quiz qualify
to compete in head-to-head competition. |

Attempting to or taking the quiz more than once will result in immediate
disqualification. |

| Head-to-Head play begins after the quiz round ends on Monday,
July 13, 2009 at midnight and qualified registered entrants receive
their seed placement on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Participants are
matched up according to their seeding with the Number 1 seed matched
against the Number 128 seed in round one and so on. The tournament

July 15, 2009 from 3:00PM to 8:00PM • The Round of 64
- Wednesday, July 15, 2009 from 8:00PM to 9:00PM • The
Round of 32 - Wednesday, July 15, 2009 from 9:00PM to 10:00PM
• The Round of 16 - Thursday, July 16, 2009 from 8:00PM to
9:00PM • The Round of 8 - Thursday, July 16, 2009 from
9:00PM to 10:00PM • The Final Four – Will be held
at Comic-Con 2009 in San Diego California on Saturday, July 25,

| All Play Windows are listed above. A Play Window
is a required match time. All Play Windows are in Eastern Standard
Time. If a match does not take place during the required Play Window,
then the Higher Seed is automatically moved forward to the next
Round of the Tournament. To be clear, the Lower Seed must be available
to play or face elimination from the Tournament. |

| If any replay is required for a given round, the
Play Window can be extended by the Tournament Administrator. |
 |
For each Round of the Tournament, the higher seed
is matched with the lower seed . Both seeds are notified of their
match via email. Upon notification, they follow the link in the
email and login to the head-to-head play module using their registered
email address (as their user name) and Entry Code for the 2009 Yu-Gi-Oh!
US Championship Quiz (as their password).
When the lower seed accepts one of the three purposed Play Windows,
an e-mail confirming the time for the match and containing the respective
Nintendo DS"! Friend Code for each opponent is sent to both
opponents. The match is now scheduled and each opponent has the
respective Nintendo DS"! Friend Code of their opponent. The
match is set. If either participant fails to be present at the appointed
Play Window, the match is forfeited and the winner is the participant
who was present. All participants will be contacted via e-mail to
confirm they are present and ready to participate at the start of
their agreed to Play Window. Confirmation is optional, however,
should either party desire to appeal the results of their match,
their appeal may be denied if they failed to confirm their presence
at the outset of their scheduled match. Thus, if a participant wants
to confirm that they were present, they must be certain that they
have access to their email at the start of the Play Window so that
they can confirm their presence. |

Head-to-Head play is conducted on Nintendo DS"!,
which is capable of connecting to the internet and using the Yu-Gi-Oh!
5D's Stardust Accelerator World Championship Tournament 2009.
This process repeats itself for each round of Head-to-Head play
until the Round of 8 is concluded. |

| Winner Validation for Head-To-Head Matches |
  |
| When a scheduled match concludes, an e-mail is sent to both participants.
The results of the match are confirmed by both participants. At
the time of results confirmation either party may appeal the results
of the match. |

| Match Arbitration Process |
 |
| All disputes are submitted to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament
Administrators for resolution. Arbitration may result in a replay.
All appeal results are final. |
 |
| Any party submitting an appeal must validate their
match result by capturing their Nintendo DS"! results screen
electronically and submitting an electronic image of that screen
to Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament Administrators for review and confirmation.
Images are submitted to prm@b2cdemand.com.
Failure to provide this image will result in the immediate denial
of any appeal. Additional information may be required including
but not limited to providing the actual Nintendo DS"! to tournament
administrators for inspection. |
